At Agri-Plastics Custom Rotomolding, our focus is to supply quality custom rotational molding services by manufacturing and designing products that meet our customers expectations. We know details count and know how to give your product that extra edge.
In 1995, The VanBuuren family decided to enlarge their operations to a plant in Grassie, Ontario which is only 40 minutes from Buffalo, New York and 3.5 hours from Detroit, Michigan. With over 100,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, the company was able to produce more calf housing products. Agri-Plastics Custom Rotomolding became global – they were shipping not just to Canada, but to the United States, Europe, Russia, Asia, Mexico, Middle East and South America.
In 2018, a second production facility in Sidney, Nebraska was built. By having a distribution plant in the western U.S., Agri-Plastics was able to meet higher production demands, as well as getting product out to the customers faster. A state-of-the-art Powder Dispensing System fills over 50 molds within the 9 Rotational Molding Stations. The Sidney, Nebraska plant is 159,000 square feet.
